Effective April 1, 2010, the State of Florida enacted the Florida Autism Legislation.  The Autism Mandate requires health insurers to provide ABA coverage for individuals diagnosed with ASD, Asperger's Syndrome, and Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS).  There are many provisions and exemptions that may apply to you and your insurer; therefore, we ask that you contact us so we can discuss your specific plan and determine how to best meet your needs.
